The Salem Council on Aging is dedicated to enriching the lives of Salem's aging community and residents aged 60 and older or those with disabilities. We provide a wide range of programs and services designed to foster connection and support, including music programs, exercise classes, museum tours, book clubs, and social events. Our daily hot lunches, available from Monday through Friday at the Senior Center, offer nutritious meals to our seniors, with options for home-delivered meals for those unable to visit us. Our compassionate social services team is here to assist seniors and their families, offering guidance on Medicare, Social Security, housing, and additional resources to enhance their well-being.
