At Meals on Wheels in Saugus, MA, we are dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals over 60 who are homebound and unable to cook for themselves. Our mission centers on delivering nutritionally balanced meals—each including an entrée, two sides, dessert, milk, bread, and margarine—right to your door between 9 AM and noon, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For those facing isolation, we also offer the option of frozen meals to ensure you have food available over the weekend. While we encourage a small donation for each meal to support our program, no one is ever turned away due to inability to pay. We are here to ensure that no senior goes hungry, delivering care and nourishment with every meal.
