Program RISE, located in Somerville, MA, is dedicated to promoting health and well-being through a range of vital services tailored for the MetroWest community, including Framingham and surrounding areas. As a comprehensive initiative of JRI Health, we provide essential STI and HIV testing, harm reduction materials, and counseling, alongside crucial support for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Our program also facilitates food access, medical transportation, and community referrals, all offered at no cost to our clients. We prioritize safety and service accessibility during the COVID-19 pandemic by operating on an appointment basis, while accommodating walk-ins whenever possible. Everyone visiting us is required to wear a mask, as we strive to create a safe environment for all.
