Program RISE is a vital part of JRI Health, dedicated to serving the MetroWest area, including Tewksbury and surrounding communities, by providing essential STI prevention, counseling, and testing services. We offer comprehensive support for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS, featuring free services such as STI and HIV testing, harm reduction materials, safer sex supplies, food access, and medical transportation. Our supportive environment includes case management, support groups, and community referrals, ensuring that every client receives the care they need. All services are available by appointment only at this time, although we prioritize accommodating walk-ins based on individual circumstances. As we navigate ongoing health safety measures, we require all clients to wear masks while visiting our facility, with masks available for those who do not bring one. Together, we aim to foster health, safety, and support within our community.
