The Ellie Fund is dedicated to easing the challenges faced by breast cancer patients in Wakefield, MA, and across the state. Our Healing Together Patient and Family Care Program, along with the Metastatic Breast Cancer Support Program, offers vital assistance services at no cost, tailored to alleviate the burdens of those undergoing treatment. Our comprehensive support includes grocery assistance, transportation, light housekeeping, childcare reimbursement, nutritious prepared meals, acupuncture, and oncology massage therapy. To access these services, an application must be submitted by an oncology professional by the 25th of each month. Each application is carefully reviewed, allowing us to create a personalized grant that provides support for up to three months. We encourage patients and their families to work with their Social Workers or Patient Navigators at treatment facilities to apply and connect with these essential resources.
