The Food Pantry at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Medford in Wakefield, MA, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to those in need, including low-income families, single parents, seniors, unemployed individuals, disabled veterans, and the working poor. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to nutritious food, offering one pre-bagged supply of emergency food per household each week. In response to COVID-19, we have implemented safety measures to minimize contact, providing food outside while maintaining social distancing. We encourage clients to bring reusable bags for easier transport of their food supplies. We welcome all members of the community to access our services and relieve hunger in our area.
