Program RISE, located in Wakefield, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of the MetroWest community by offering comprehensive services focused on STI prevention, HIV counseling, and testing. Our mission includes providing free testing for STIs and HIV, distributing harm reduction materials, and facilitating support groups for individuals impacted by HIV/AIDS. Additionally, we ensure access to food assistance and medical transportation, along with vital community referrals and emergency support. All services are by appointment to ensure safety and individualized care, and masks are required for all clients.
