Offering a variety of programs available in both English and Spanish, we focus on equipping participants with the knowledge and skills they need for healthier living. Our workshops, developed through extensive research from national universities and medical organizations, cover crucial topics such as diabetes management, caregiver support, chronic pain management, and healthy aging strategies. With 12 diverse workshops available, including the Diabetes Self-Management Program and A Matter of Balance, we strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can enhance their well-being.
