GRIT Holyoke, located in Westfield, MA, offers a compassionate 24/7 residential program designed to support adults navigating the complexities of both substance use disorders and moderate to severe mental health challenges. Our mission is to provide tailored psychiatric services and effective substance use treatment, including integrated medication therapy and, when suitable, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). We prioritize the health and well-being of our residents by offering access to comprehensive primary healthcare, daily living skills coaching, and engaging activities such as cooking groups, nutrition education, and group exercise.
