In Westford, MA, the Nutrition Program (Meals on Wheels) is dedicated to ensuring that adults, especially homebound elders and individuals with disabilities, receive essential nourishment through our home-delivered meal services and inviting congregate dining sites. Our compassionate volunteers deliver well-balanced meals directly to those in need, while our dining sites offer a welcoming space for those able to leave their homes to enjoy meals and connect with others.
