Program RISE, situated in Wilmington, MA, is an essential initiative of JRI Health dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of services aimed at promoting health and well-being in the MetroWest area, including Framingham and nearby towns. Our mission encompasses STI prevention, counseling, and testing services, delivering vital support to individuals affected by HIV/AIDS through case management and group support. We ensure equitable access to healthcare with services including STI and HIV testing, harm reduction materials, community referrals, and emergency assistance. Additionally, we offer food access, medical transportation, and supportive services, all at no cost to our clients. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are operating on an appointment-only basis, though we strive to accommodate walk-ins when possible. We prioritize health and safety, requiring all clients to wear masks, which we gladly provide if needed.
