Program RISE, part of JRI Health, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals in Winchester, MA, and the surrounding MetroWest area, including Framingham. We offer a wide range of vital services including free STI and HIV testing, harm reduction materials, safer sex education, and support groups for those affected by HIV/AIDS. Our compassionate team also provides essential case management, food access, medical transportation services, and community referrals, ensuring that our clients receive the comprehensive support they need. In response to COVID-19, all services are available by appointment, with walk-ins accommodated based on availability to prioritize our clients' needs. Please note that masks are required for all visitors, and we are committed to providing one if you do not have your own.
