Home Delivered Meals, operated by Moveable Feast in Baltimore, MD, is dedicated to serving individuals with critical and life-threatening illnesses who struggle to access, afford, or prepare nutritious meals. We deliver medically appropriate meals at no charge to our neighbors across Baltimore City and 14 Maryland counties, with some clients receiving meals from as far as 140 miles away. Our program ensures that individuals receive up to 18 healthy meals per week, along with a generous bag of fresh fruits and produce. More than just food delivery, we provide a friendly visit and heartfelt support, reminding often-isolated individuals that they are valued and cared for. To benefit from Home Delivered Meals, clients need a referral from their primary care provider.
