Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is a compassionate food assistance program based in Bethesda, MD, dedicated to supporting individuals facing life-challenging illnesses. Our mission is to deliver nutritious, medically tailored meals directly to those in need, free of charge and without any income or insurance prerequisites. Every two weeks, we provide fresh groceries and offer eight specialized meal plans—including vegetarian, renal, and heart-healthy options—allowing us to cater to a variety of dietary requirements. At GTG, we understand that everyone’s needs are unique, which is why we can combine up to three different meal plans to ensure our clients receive the essential nutrition they deserve.
