Time to Fly, located in Bethesda, MD, is a dedicated faith-based organization offering comprehensive support for survivors of domestic violence. Our mission is to empower women and children in Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland to reclaim their self-worth and identity through our free 3 Step program. This program includes essential services such as counseling, parenting education, nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial education, computer classes, and a robust support network. We understand the unique challenges faced by survivors, and our workshops cover critical topics like the roots and effects of domestic violence, discovering God's plan for life, and proven steps toward healing relationships. Additionally, our After Care Program addresses spiritual, emotional, and practical needs through ongoing life-skills workshops and access to resources for housing, childcare, and employment assistance. With quarterly sessions accommodating up to 50 women and 15 children, we are committed to fostering a supportive environment where individuals can thrive, with childcare provided to ensure accessibility.
