Located in Columbia, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to empowering individuals to prevent, treat, and effectively manage illnesses such as Hepatitis C and HIV. With a holistic approach to healthcare, we offer outpatient ambulatory health services that include both primary and specialized care for HIV. Our program provides essential medical case management in both clinic and community settings, alongside comprehensive mental health care and substance abuse treatment services, including outpatient support for opioid use disorder with Suboxone prescriptions. We also focus on nutritional health through medical nutritional therapy and provide access to our food bank and home-delivered meals to ensure that all clients have necessary nourishment. Additional professional services, such as legal assistance and transportation support, help remove barriers to care, while we also offer health insurance premium cost sharing and emergency financial assistance for medications. Our mission is to provide compassionate care and practical support to enhance the well-being of those we serve.
