Milton Avenue kitchen. Each week, we deliver up to 18 healthy meals, along with a bag of 5 servings of fresh fruits and produce, ensuring clients receive essential nutrition. Beyond food, our volunteers provide a friendly visit and a warm hug, reminding often-isolated individuals that they are valued and cared for. To receive our meals, clients must be referred by their primary care provider, using either the Ryan White referral form or other meal program referrals.
