Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals in Frederick, MD who are facing life-challenging illnesses. Our no-cost meal delivery service ensures that clients can receive medically tailored meals, with no income or insurance barriers. Every other week, we deliver a variety of groceries along with eight specialized meal plans, including options for vegetarian, renal, dairy-free, fish-free, diabetic, heart-healthy, and shelf-stable diets. We also offer the flexibility to combine up to three different meal plans, catering to the unique dietary needs of each recipient.
