Meals 4 Kids (M4K) in Alfred, ME, is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens receive the nutritious meals they deserve. Our program offers free fresh food through a Farmer’s Market style distribution at various locations throughout the Greater Seacoast whenever school is not in session. Families with children aged 18 years and younger can access weekly bags filled with ingredients and recipes for 10 meals, along with engaging food demonstrations and fun cooking and fitness challenges. We are committed to alleviating food insecurity and fostering healthy habits for our community's youth.
