Based in Augusta, ME, Family Support is dedicated to empowering individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families. We understand the challenges that come with this diagnosis and are committed to providing accurate information and compassionate support every step of the way. Our Family Support program offers a range of services including parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management assistance, and guidance through the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). Families can access these vital resources by connecting with their local PWSA chapter or joining one of our supportive Facebook groups. Together, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by Prader-Willi syndrome.
