About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Augusta, ME, offers compassionate, accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and above who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a nurturing environment where participants can practice nutrition alongside others who understand their journey. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can choose to attend as frequently as fits their schedule. All sessions are led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician's Incubator training program, who are dedicated to fostering a supportive space while they work towards their CNS certification. While we focus on providing essential meal support, we encourage those in need of immediate crisis intervention to reach out to emergency services or text HEALING to 741741.
