Meals on Wheels, operated by Spectrum Generations, is dedicated to ensuring that elderly and homebound adults in Belfast, ME, and surrounding areas have access to nutritious meals and compassionate support. Serving residents across Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Somerset, and Waldo Counties, as well as parts of Cumberland County, our program delivers healthy meals right to the doorsteps of those in need. We understand that dietary needs can vary, and we strive to accommodate special meal requests based on health, religious, or cultural requirements whenever possible. Meals are typically delivered mid-morning to early afternoon, and local Nutrition Coordinators are available to provide specific scheduling information. While we welcome donations to support our mission, we firmly believe that no one should go hungry, which is why every individual is ensured a meal, regardless of their ability to pay.
