Participants will engage with six informative e-booklets tailored to their unique needs, receive a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and resources available in both English and Spanish, and gain access to information about local community events. By submitting their phone number, enrollees can join our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, providing an opportunity to pose diabetes-related questions to ADA experts, learn how diabetes affects heart health, and receive helpful giveaways that empower them to manage their diabetes effectively.
