Meals 4 Kids (M4K) in Berwick, ME, is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens have access to fresh, nutritious food, especially when school is not in session. Our program offers free food distributions in a Farmer's Market style at various locations throughout the Greater Seacoast, helping families with children 18 and younger. Along with providing weekly ingredients and recipes for ten healthy meals, we also host food demonstrations and engaging cooking and fitness challenges to promote healthy lifestyles.
