MOVE! Weight Management Program in Berwick, ME, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity each year and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their unique needs and preferences. MOVE! offers a range of supportive options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For Veterans who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. We also offer medical interventions such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional assistance after utilizing our program.
