Meal Support Program
Project HEAL Brewer, ME
About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Brewer, ME, is dedicated to supporting individuals over 16 who are on an outpatient journey toward recovery from eating disorders. We offer free and accessible meal support sessions that are informed by the unique challenges of eating disorders, providing a safe, facilitated online environment for group meals. Our program features four daily meal times, with options for both lunch and dinner, allowing participants to join as often as they need to fit their schedules. Each session is guided by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all striving to obtain their CNS certification. While we focus on nourishing bodies and minds, please remember that this is not a crisis support service; for immediate help, we encourage reaching out to crisis resources. Join us in creating a supportive community where healing through nutrition can flourish.
