The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) in Bridgton, ME, offers free nutrition and health education to income-eligible adults with children, particularly those involved with SNAP, WIC, or Head Start. Our dedicated team empowers participants to make nutritious food choices, develop cooking skills, and maximize their grocery budgets while ensuring food safety and promoting an active lifestyle. Although our physical offices are currently closed to safeguard community health, we are pleased to provide engaging nutrition education classes remotely, available both one-on-one and in small groups.
