Maine Harvest Bucks, a proud initiative of the Maine Federation of Farmers' Markets, is dedicated to improving food access for low-income families in Brunswick, ME, and beyond. Our program offers valuable nutrition incentives, providing $5 in Maine Harvest Bucks for every $10 spent using SNAP/EBT at local farmers' markets, CSA farms, and farm stands. By enabling families to purchase fresh, locally-sourced produce, we aim to uplift community health and well-being. Participants can enjoy their earned Bucks on the same day or save them for future shopping, ensuring that nutritious food is within reach. Join us in our mission to make healthy eating accessible and empower our community to thrive through local food.
