In Bucksport, ME, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our initiative features live, virtual drop-in group meals facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification. We create a nurturing environment where participants can share a meal and receive guidance in their recovery journey. With four scheduled meal support sessions daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants can easily fit these sessions into their routines, ensuring they receive the support and nutrition they need at their own pace.
