Located in Buxton, ME, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing compassionate, free, and accessible meal support designed for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our virtual group meal sessions, held four times daily for both lunch and dinner, offer a welcoming, safe environment where participants can receive nutrition and support from trained nutrition practitioners pursuing their CNS certification. Each session is tailored to foster a sense of community and understanding among those in recovery, allowing individuals to join as many times as their schedules allow after approval. While we focus on comprehensive meal support, it's important to note that we do not provide crisis intervention services.
