Located in Cape Elizabeth, ME, Expedition Community Supports Program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of adults with developmental disabilities through year-round community-based day services. Our mission focuses on promoting active and healthy lifestyles by encouraging healthy food choices, engaging in physical activities, and fostering new friendships. Participants can enjoy a variety of enriching experiences, including sports activities, hiking, gardening, arts and crafts, cooking, and volunteer projects that strengthen community ties. We also provide opportunities for field trips and consumer-directed activities, all designed to create fun and meaningful connections. To join our program, participants must qualify for Section 21 or 29 Waivers through the Department of Health & Human Services, with self-pay options available for those without a Waiver. Together, we create a vibrant community where everyone can thrive and enjoy lasting benefits.
