Selma Schimmel Vital Grant, located in Cape Elizabeth, ME, is dedicated to providing vital support to individuals and families facing financial hardships resulting from chronic, terminal, or rare conditions like cancer, Parkinson’s Disease, and Huntington’s Disease. Our program offers essential utility assistance and grocery assistance to help alleviate some of the burdens during difficult times, recognizing that each recipient has unique needs. While we provide either utility or grocery assistance, our partnership with Vital Options International (VOI) allows us to connect individuals with additional resources and support as needed.
