The Meal Support Program in Dover Foxcroft, ME, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a nurturing environment for participants to engage in mindful eating while receiving guidance from nutrition practitioners who are advancing through the Clinician’s Incubator training program. We offer meal support sessions four times daily, allowing participants the flexibility to join whenever it fits their schedule. At our core, we aim to empower those in recovery by fostering a safe space for nourishment and connection.
