Located in Eliot, ME, Financial Assistance for Families Working in the Restaurant Industry is dedicated to providing urgent support to employees in the food and beverage sector who are facing financial challenges due to illness or medical emergencies. Our mission is to assist families through difficult times by offering financial aid for essential expenses such as rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills, and childcare costs. We understand the unique struggles that service workers encounter, especially when caring for children, and we aim to alleviate some of that burden through our targeted assistance program. Eligible families can apply for support, and previous recipients may reapply after 12 months if they face new qualifying situations. Each recipient has a lifetime cap of $7,500 to ensure we can help as many families as possible, reflecting our commitment to the wellbeing of the restaurant community.
