Meals 4 Kids (M4K) is dedicated to providing free, fresh, and nutritious food to children and teens in Eliot, ME, and the surrounding Greater Seacoast area. Our program focuses on supporting families with children aged 18 and younger when schools are not in session, offering a vibrant Farmer’s Market style distribution at various locations. Each week, families receive ingredients and recipes for ten healthy meals, along with opportunities to engage in food demonstrations and participate in cooking and fitness challenges. We prioritize making nutritious food accessible and enjoyable for our community, so come join us in nurturing healthier lifestyles for our youth.
