MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Eliot, ME, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities annually for obesity and connect them with tailored treatment options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive resources, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which facilitates in-home messaging and clinician contact as needed. For those who prefer self-guided support, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exhausting other options.
