The Meal Support Program based in Eliot, ME, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual meal support sessions four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner opportunities, creating a welcoming and safe environment for participants to nourish themselves with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. Once approved, participants can join as many sessions as their schedule allows, ensuring they receive the support they need during their recovery journey.
