Located in Falmouth, ME, the Expedition Community Supports Program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of adults with developmental disabilities through engaging, community-based day services. Our mission focuses on promoting active and healthy lifestyles by encouraging participants to make informed food choices, enjoy physical activities, and foster new friendships while exploring a variety of enriching experiences. Our diverse program includes sports activities, hiking, gardening, arts and crafts, cooking, and volunteer projects that empower individuals to connect with their community meaningfully. We pride ourselves on creating a warm and supportive environment where participants can thrive and enjoy lasting benefits. To participate, individuals must meet the qualifications for Section 21 or 29 Waivers from the Department of Health & Human Services, with self-pay options available for those without a Waiver.
