Each eligible individual can receive a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery gift card to help cover daily necessities. Additionally, we provide psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling via phone to address the unique needs of our recipients.
