Located in Gray, ME, Direct Assistance by The Salvation Army is dedicated to providing essential support to individuals and families facing hardship. Our comprehensive services include emergency food assistance, clothing provision, housing aid, and fuel and energy support. We also offer personal hygiene kits, medical assistance, and transportation help, ensuring that people in our community have access to critical resources. Additionally, we connect individuals to other beneficial services to help them thrive. We are proud to assist eligible residents of Old Orchard Beach, Saco, Biddeford, Dayton, and Arundel with up to $150 for rent and heating costs by appointment.
