Located in Gray, ME, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by alleviating financial burdens that can arise from medical and daily living costs. The program provides essential financial assistance for a wide range of expenses, including medical bills, prescriptions, durable medical equipment, and necessary home or vehicle modifications. In addition, we assist with travel costs for medical visits, lodging accommodations for families, and basic daily living expenses like food and utilities.
