MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Gray, ME, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected with tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support. Additionally, Veterans can access the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management or consider weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who have not found success with traditional methods.
