At the heart of our mission is the Family Support team, which offers vital resources at the time of diagnosis, including parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management support, and assistance with navigating applications and appeals for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
