The Meal Support Program in Hampden, ME, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers structured, virtual group meals that occur four times daily, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can focus on nutrition while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners pursuing their CNS certification. We aim to create a safe space for individuals to come together, share mealtime experiences, and bolster their recovery journey with community and understanding. While we are not a crisis support program, we are committed to serving those in need by fostering connections and nutritional well-being throughout the recovery process.
