Meals 4 Kids (M4K) in Hollis Center, ME, is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens in our community have access to free, fresh, and nutritious food. During school breaks, we provide a Farmer’s Market-style distribution of healthy meals at various locations throughout the Greater Seacoast. Our program not only offers weekly ingredients and recipes for ten wholesome meals, but also engages families through cooking demonstrations and fitness challenges. We warmly welcome families with children aged 18 and younger to join us in this effort to empower healthy eating habits.
