About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Hollis Center, ME, provides essential, free meal assistance tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating their recovery from eating disorders. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a welcoming environment where participants can come together to share meals and find the support they need during their outpatient treatment. Sessions are held four times daily, offering flexibility with two lunch and two dinner options, allowing individuals to attend based on their schedules. Each meal support session is facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners who are in training to obtain their CNS certification, ensuring a knowledgeable and compassionate approach. Our mission is to foster a safe space for healing through community and shared nutrition, making recovery a more accessible journey.
