Project HEAL Houlton, ME

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Houlton, ME, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Through live, virtual drop-in group meals, we cultivate a safe and supportive environment for participants to receive essential nutritional guidance while fostering community. Offering sessions four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—approved individuals can join as many times as they wish, aligning with their unique schedules. Each meal support session is carefully facilitated by nutrition practitioners participating in the Clinician’s Incubator training program, actively working towards their CNS certification. Please note that while our program offers valuable meal support, it is not designed for crisis intervention; for urgent help, please reach out to a mental health professional or call emergency services.
