OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Jay, ME, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance and resources tailored specifically for their needs. Our program offers a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card, alleviating some of the burdens faced by these courageous individuals. We also provide psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker, as well as genetic counseling through phone sessions with a licensed genetic counselor. We invite healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed promptly based on available funding. We are committed to empowering patients and helping them navigate this difficult journey with dignity and support.
