Meals 4 Kids (M4K) in Kennebunk, ME, is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens in our community have access to free, fresh, and nutritious food. Through our Farmer’s Market style distributions, we provide essential food assistance when school is not in session, reaching families across the Greater Seacoast. Each week, we equip families with ingredients and recipes to prepare 10 wholesome meals, along with engaging food demonstrations and fun cooking and fitness challenges. Our program warmly welcomes families with children aged 18 and younger, emphasizing health and nutrition as vital components of our mission to foster a nurturing community.
