KidneyCare:365, located in Kennebunk, ME, offers essential education and support for individuals affected by kidney health issues and kidney disease. Our program is designed for anyone who is newly diagnosed, caring for a loved one, or preparing for dialysis. Participants will gain vital knowledge on the symptoms and stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), dietary guidelines for healthy eating with kidney disease, coping strategies, treatment options—including the benefits of home dialysis—and access to valuable resources.
